***For reasons of hygiene, all STYLD™ hair extension products are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for returns.***

We only replace items if they are shipped defective or damaged. We will provide an exchange for a different color within 30 days of the date that you receive your order on eligible hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Security seal must be intact.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

THE PURCHASE AND USE OF ALL STYLD™ BRANDED PRODUCTS IS SUBJECT TO THE "DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER" FOUND IN OUR TERMS OF USE.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS

STYLD Hair does not take responsibility for products that are sent to you unregistered. If you would like it sent registered this will be at an additional cost to you.

Once your order is received we will process within 2 days and ship to you via Fedex.

What does it mean when an item is on Back-Order?

Popular items may sell out quickly and temporarily be on back order. This means that the items are currently out of stock but that there are shipments on their way to re-stock our warehouses. Ordering an item that is currently on back order is a worry-free way to ensure that you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it!

  • Items you order in addition to the back ordered item will be held back.
  • The back ordered items in any order will automatically ship out as soon as we receive the item in the order which they were placed.
  • You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email (and a tracking number) once your back ordered items have shipped. You will not need to contact customer support, or do anything to follow up on the back ordered item. We will take care of it for you from here on out!
  • We will do our best to estimate when back ordered items are expected to ship, and post this information on the website. This is only an estimation, subject to change, and shipping dates are not guaranteed.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE / RETURN? 

Yes, you are responsible for all your shipping costs back to us. We recommend that you send your set back with a tracking option, because we will not be responsible for lost packages. 

CAN I RETURN EXTENSIONS IF THEY HAVE BEEN ALTERED?

All items will be inspected upon receipt to see if you qualify for a return/exchange. Altering the hair in any way is at your own risk, therefore you can not make a return or exchange once the hair has been altered. Altering includes cutting, trimming, razoring, removing clips, toning, dying, coloring, purple shampoo, color depositing products, perming, chemical straightening, henna, swimming in chlorine water & more. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

HOW DO I SUBMIT AN EXCHANGE REQUEST? 

Fill out the EXCHANGE SLIP included with your delivery, or log into your online account and submit for an exchange before shipping your item back to us. If you do not submit an exchange request/slip your item may be rejected and shipped back to you. A copy of your invoice must accompany your exchange.
